Carnivore's Greek Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 4 c chopped romaine
- 1 c halved grape tomatoes
- 1 tub (4 oz) crumbled feta
- 1/2 c kalamata pieces or slices
- 1/4 c Greek vinaigrette
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/3 - 1/2 c chopped pepperoni or Genoa salami (use the whole sausage, don't try to chop slices)
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Toss all ingredients in large bowl. If you don't have a big enough bowl, use a jumbo zipper plastic bag.
