Cheddar Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1/8 cup (1 package) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

PREPARATION

  1. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch mix, and green onions
  2. Mix well and form into a ball
  3. Roll cheese ball in chopped pecans
  4. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving
