---++ Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs in Cream Sauce
---+++ INGREDIENTS
---++++ Meatballs
   * 1 tsp blk pepper
   * 1 clove of garlic
   * 1 med green onion, finely diced
   * 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
   * 1 1/2 ground beef
   * 3 eggs
   * 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
---++++ Sauce
   * 1 cup of heavy cream
   * 1 beef bouillon cube or 1/2 cup of beef broth
---+++ PREPAATION
   1. preheat oven to 424
   1. cut cheese into one inch cubes
   1. beat eggs & mix all ingredients together except cheese
   1. mold around a tbls of meat around the cheese to form a round shape meatball
   1. place on cookie sheet with foil on it
   1. spray with cooking spray
   1. bake 10-15 minutes until done & the cheese has melted.
   1. heat sauce ingredients over medium/low.
   1. add meatballs.
   1. let it cook about 15 minutes on low/med
