---++ Cheeseburger Pie
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 lbs ground beef
   * 2 envelopes onion soup mix
   * 4 eggs
   * 1 c mayonnaise
   * 1/2 c heavy cream
   * 4 c shredded cheddar, divided
   * salt and pepper
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 375.
   1. Brown the beef with one envelope of onion soup mix, drain
   1. Add other envelope of soup mix and place in 13" x 9" pan
   1. Stir in half of the cheese and top with remaining cheese.
   1. Whisk the eggs, mayonnaise cream and a few grinds of pepper.
   1. Pour over the meat/cheese mixture.
   1. Bake 35 minutes.
   1. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
