Cheesy Bacon Penne
Ingredients

uncooked penne pasta |
| |
garlic |
| 2 Tbsp |
butter |
| 2 Tbsp |
flour |
| 1/4 tsp |
pepper |
| 2 c |
milk |
| 3 c |
shredded cheese |
| 1/2 c |
crumbled cooked bacon |
Preheat oven to 350
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Saute garlic in butter 1 minute, add flour, and stir. Cook for 1 minute, gradually add milk and stir until thick. Gradually add 2 cups of the cheese. Remove from heat.
Drain pasta. Add pasta and 1/3 c bacon to cheese sauce, pour into greased casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon and bake 5-10 minutes longer.
