Cheesy Chicken with Ham
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 chicken breast halves, cubed
- 16 oz diced ham
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 2 c grated Swiss
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Heat the EVOO on high in skillet.
- Brown chicken in oil
- Place in crock.
- Add ham and cream cheese.
- Top with Swiss.
- Cover, cook on LOW six hours.
- Serve with rice.
