---++ Cheesy Ham Pasta Skillet
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 large onion, diced
   * 2 c chicken broth
   * 1 can diced tomatoes
   * 1/2 c half-and-half
   * 8 oz small pasta shells
   * 1 lb ham
   * 1 Tbsp jarlic
   * 1 c shredded smoked gouda
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Dump all except cheese in skillet.
   1. Bring to a boil
   1. Cover, reduce heat.
   1. Simmer for 15 minutes.
   1. Stir in cheese and cover; remove from heat.
   1. Let stand 3 minutes.
