Chicken Cordon Bleu Over Rice
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c shredded Swiss
- 1/2 c shredded Jack
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c diced cooked chicken
- 1 c diced cooked ham
- 1/2 c milk
- cooked rice
PREPARATION
- In red pot over medium, combine cheeses, soup, chicken, ham, and milk.
- Cook about 5 minutes, stirring gently until cheese is melted and the mixture is thoroughly heated.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
