Chicken Cordon Bleu Over Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c shredded Swiss
  • 1/2 c shredded Jack
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c diced cooked chicken
  • 1 c diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 c milk
  • cooked rice

PREPARATION

  1. In red pot over medium, combine cheeses, soup, chicken, ham, and milk.
  2. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring gently until cheese is melted and the mixture is thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
