---++ Chicken Tortellini Soup
---+++ Ingredients
   * 2 quarts chicken broth
   * 2 chicken breasts
   * 1 onion, chopped
   * 1 Tbsp parsley
   * 3 carrots, shredded
   * 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
   * 1 tsp salt

   * 2 cups tortellini
   
---+++ Preparation

Combine everything in the top list.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer for 90 minutes.

When cool, remove chicken and shred/chop.

---+++ Cooking

Thaw.  Heat to boiling, add tortellini and cook according to package directions. Serve with hot rolls and butter.
