Chip Chick
Ingredients
3 lbs |
chicken tenders |
2 lg |
eggs |
1/2 c |
milk |
1/4 t |
pepper |
24 oz |
potato chips, crushed, any flavor |
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400.
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment or grease it.
Beat the egg, milk and pepper in a large bowl, soak the chicken while you prepare the chips.
TO CRUSH CHIPS: cut a small hole in one corner of the bag and use a rolling pin or whatever to crumbify the chips. Pour into a baking dish (a brownie pan works nice for this)
Coat the fingers in the chips till they are well coated. Put them on the cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes. Turn and bake 10 minutes more.
Can be served with a dipping sauce but doesn't need it if you used flavored chips.
