Notes

Taken from the back of a Nestle Toll House Semi-sweet Morsels package.

The primary purpose behind me putting the recipe here is twofold: First, I want to include masses of ingredients instead of volumes. Second, I want to record my experiments with including fruit in the cookie because I think it would be awesome to have a chocolate chip cookie with a bit of fruitiness in it.

On 2021-09-26, I made a batch with 340g of chips and 340g of minced candied fruit, such as that used in fruit cakes. There wasn't enough dough to hold the cookie together with both chips and fruit in it. Maybe try 250g of each next.
