Crab & Spinach Casserole

Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 3 c. Penne Pasta
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Crab Meat
- 1/2 c. milk
- To Taste tt Spinach
- 1 1/2 c. Grated cheese
Preparation
Boil Water
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
Carefully Add penne to boiling water boil till cooked
While penne is cooking heat a small frying pan add a bit of butter or margerine and lightly sautee spinach set aside after it is cooked
Drain water from cooked penne
Add soup, milk, crab meat, cooked spinach and a small amount of cheese
Turn stove temperature down to medium high
Stir until the soup is lightly bubbling
Pour everything into an oven safe casserole dish
Top with remaining cheese
Bake for 20 minutes
