Cream Cheese Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8oz cream cheese
Preparation
Turn crock to high and melt margarine in crock. Add dressing mix to melted margarine and stir well. Add chicken strips and stir well to coat. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Remove chicken to plate to cool. Add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese. Stir to melt and mix well until smooth and creamy. Remove sauce from crock and allow to cool. Put chicken and sauce in gallon bag, label and freeze.
TO SERVE: Thaw in refrigerator then heat till bubbly and serve over noodles.
