Cream Cheese Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon
- Splenda to taste
PREPARTION
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line cupcake pan with paper lners
- Beat softened cream cheese with the mixer.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Add vanilla, cinnamon and Splenda. Beat for 1 minute.
- Fill prepared pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
