Cream Cheese Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • Splenda to taste

PREPARTION

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line cupcake pan with paper lners
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with the mixer.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Add vanilla, cinnamon and Splenda. Beat for 1 minute.
  6. Fill prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
