Cream of Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
2 lbs |
mushrooms |

salt and pepper |
1 Tbsp |
dried minced onion |
2 Tbsp |
Italian seasoning |
1 Tbsp |
lemon juice |
4 c |
vegetable broth |
2 c |
water |
4 c |
milk |
If mushrooms are whole, clean and quarter. Place in crock.
Add salt and pepper, onion, seasoning and lemon juice.
Pour in broth and water. Cook for 8 hours on low. Soupify with a blender then add milk.
