Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 26-30 ounce bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 14 ounce cans non-fat chicken broth
  • 1 10-3/4 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 8oz pkg Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

  1. Add first 6 ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for an hour
  2. Stir and then turn to low for another hour.
  3. Add cream cheese and cook another 1/2 hour or until cheese can be stirred in
  4. Add milk and cook 15 minutes longer
