Crock Pot Spinach Alfredo Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
2.5 c shredded Italian cheese blend
2 jars alfredo sauce (15 oz ea)
12 oven-ready lasagna noodles
3 c cooked chicken
1/2 c shredded Parmesan
PREPARATION
Spray medium crock with cooking spray.
in large bowl mix 1 c cheese blend with both jars alfredo
In slow cooker, spread 1/4 alfredo mixture.
Layer with 3 noodles, breaking as needed; 1/3 of the chicken; 1/3 of the spinach and 1/2 c of cheese.
Repeat layers twice.
Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and paremsan.
Cover, cook on low 3.5 - 4.5 hours or until edges are bubbly.
Let stand 10 minutes.
