Crock Pot Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
  • 2.5 c shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 2 jars alfredo sauce (15 oz ea)
  • 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 3 c cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c shredded Parmesan

PREPARATION

  1. Spray medium crock with cooking spray.
  2. in large bowl mix 1 c cheese blend with both jars alfredo
  3. In slow cooker, spread 1/4 alfredo mixture.
  4. Layer with 3 noodles, breaking as needed; 1/3 of the chicken; 1/3 of the spinach and 1/2 c of cheese.
  5. Repeat layers twice.
  6. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and paremsan.
  7. Cover, cook on low 3.5 - 4.5 hours or until edges are bubbly.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes.
