Crock Pot Spinach Alfredo Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 2.5 c shredded Italian cheese blend
- 2 jars alfredo sauce (15 oz ea)
- 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 3 c cooked chicken
- 1/2 c shredded Parmesan
PREPARATION
- Spray medium crock with cooking spray.
- in large bowl mix 1 c cheese blend with both jars alfredo
- In slow cooker, spread 1/4 alfredo mixture.
- Layer with 3 noodles, breaking as needed; 1/3 of the chicken; 1/3 of the spinach and 1/2 c of cheese.
- Repeat layers twice.
- Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and paremsan.
- Cover, cook on low 3.5 - 4.5 hours or until edges are bubbly.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
