---++ Curry Style Chicken Stew
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
   * 1 Tbsp curry paste
   * 3/4 ts p garlic salt 
   * 1 onion, sliced into strings
   * 1 large russet potato, peeled and cubed
   * 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
   * 1 c chicken broth
   * 2 Tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
   * 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Spray crockery liner of slow cooker with cooking spray.
   1. Place chicken in crockery liner.  Crumble curry paste over chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt.  Toss to coat.
   1. Scatter onions and potatoes over chicken.
   1. Combine tomatoes, broth and tapioca; pour over top.
   1. Cover.  Cook on LOW 7.5 hours.
   1. Stir in chickpeas. Cook 30 minutes.
   1. Serve over rice.
