foo Mini Pies

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 c baking mix
• 1/2 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups foo

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray a regular muffin pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine baking mix, milk and eggs to make base mixture.
3. Put 1 Tbsp of base in each muffin hole.
4. Put 1/4 c foo in each hole.
5. Top with 1 Tbsp base.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
