French Onion Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
- 18-oz pkg meatballs, thawed
- 8-oz pkg frozen diced onion
- 1 can condensed French onion soup
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 400
- In one of the vegetable casserole dishes, combine meatballs and onions
- Pour in soup.
- Cover with foil
- Bake 25 minutes
- Uncover; top with cheese slices.
- Bake 2-3 minutes uncovered, until cheese melts.
- Serve over rice.
