French Onion Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 18-oz pkg meatballs, thawed
  • 8-oz pkg frozen diced onion
  • 1 can condensed French onion soup
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. In one of the vegetable casserole dishes, combine meatballs and onions
  3. Pour in soup.
  4. Cover with foil
  5. Bake 25 minutes
  6. Uncover; top with cheese slices.
  7. Bake 2-3 minutes uncovered, until cheese melts.
  8. Serve over rice.
