Fricasseed Chicken

INGREDIENTS

• 4 chicken breast halves
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp thyme
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp dried minced onion
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp basil
• a few pinches of cayenne, to taste

PREPARATION

1. Pat chicken dry -- DO NOT WASH CHICKEN -- it spreads germs in the water mist.
2. Place in slow cooker.
3. In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
4. Pour over chicken.
5. Cook on LOW for 8-9 hours.
