Garlic Tomato Chicken Pieces

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Brown chicken in oil in batches over high heat.
  2. Place in crock.
  3. In small bowl, combine tomatoes and garlic; add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  5. Serve with rice.
