Garlic Tomato Chicken Pieces
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken thighs, skin removed
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Brown chicken in oil in batches over high heat.
- Place in crock.
- In small bowl, combine tomatoes and garlic; add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Serve with rice.
