---++ General Tso's Sauce
---+++INGREDIENTS
   * 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
   * 3 tablespoons soy sauce
   * 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
   * 1/4 cup water
   * 3 tablespoons sugar
   * 1 tablespoon cornstarch
   * 1 tablespoon minced ginger
   * 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
   * 2 cloves garlic minced
   * a couple of chili pods and two chopped scallions
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Mix em up, heat til bubbly, reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes. Keeps in the fridge and can be reheated.
