---++ Greek Style Chicken

*Ingredients*
| 4 | boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
| 1 Tbsp | EVOO |
| 1/2 c | chicken broth |
| 1 | lemon, thinly sliced |
| 1/4 c | pitted Kalamata olives |
| | garlic |
| 1/2 tsp | dried oregano |
| | cooked rice or orzo |

Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper.  Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.  Brown chicken. place in crockpot

Add broth, lemon, olives, garlic and oregano to crockpot

Cover, cook on low 6-7 hours.   Serve with rice or orzo.
