Ingredients 

| 2 c cut-up ham (about a pound) |
| 1 c. cottage cheese |
| 1 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese (about 4 oz) |
| 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.) |
| 1 chopped onion |
| 1 c. baking mix |
| 2 c. milk |
| 4 eggs |

Preheat oven to 400.  Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray.  Mix ham, cheeses and onion in small bowl, spread in pan.

Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until blended, pour into pan.

Bake about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.  

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
