Ham and Cheese Pot Pies
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz chopped ham
- 1 c shredded cheddar
- 2 c frozen broccoli cuts
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 c (1/2 tub) chive & onion cream cheese spread
- 1 pie crust
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp water
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 425
- Combine ham, cheddar, broccoli, and scallions.
- Microwave cream cheese spread in 15 second intervals for 1 minute or until melted.
- Add to ham mixture, mix well.
- Spoon into 4 ovenproof mugs
- Unroll pie crust
- Cut 4 circles from dough.
- Beat egg and water; brush on top edges of mugs.
- Top with pastry rounds.
- Brush lightly with egg mixture.
- Place mugs on baking sheet.
- Cut slits in crusts to vent.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
