INGREDIENTS

  • shank half-ham

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Remove ham from package.
  3. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Wrap in foil.
  5. Place in baking dish, pointed end up.
  6. Bake 18-24 minutes per pound or until 145 on meat thermometer.
