Kitchen Sink Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 4 breast halves, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 6 smoked sausage or bratwurst links, sliced
- 16 oz sliced mushrooms
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, cubed.
- 2 c grated cheddar
PREPARATION
- Heat a skillet over medium, and cook bacon till crisp.
- Add chicken and cook until brown.
- Transfer to crock.
- Stir in sausages, celery, onion, mushrooms and cream cheese.
- Top with cheddar.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
