Kung Pao Beef
Ingredients
1/4 c |
Teriyaki sauce |
1 Tbsp |
cornstarch |
1 tsp |
crushed red pepper |
1/2 tsp |
ginger |
1.5 lbs |
beef, thinly sliced |
1 Tbsp |
vegetable oil |
1/3 c |
dry roasted unsalted peanuts |
4 scallions |
thinly sliced |
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, red pepper and ginger. Add beef, toss to coat.
In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over high.
Add the steak mixture; cook for 5-7 minutes. stirring constantly
Sprinkle with peanuts and scallions. Serve with rice.
