Lasagna Toss
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 jar traditional pasta sauce
- 1 2/3 c water
- 1/4 c zesty Italian dressing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into quarters
- 1/2 c ricotta
- 1 c mozzarella
PREPARATION
- Brown ground beef in mondo skillet with onions; drain.
- Add sauce, water, dressing, and garlic.
- Mix well and bring to boil.
- Stir in noodles, cover.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in ricotta; top with mozzarella.
- Cover, let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
