Lasagna Toss

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 jar traditional pasta sauce
  • 1 2/3 c water
  • 1/4 c zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into quarters
  • 1/2 c ricotta
  • 1 c mozzarella

PREPARATION

  1. Brown ground beef in mondo skillet with onions; drain.
  2. Add sauce, water, dressing, and garlic.
  3. Mix well and bring to boil.
  4. Stir in noodles, cover.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in ricotta; top with mozzarella.
  9. Cover, let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
