Mahogany Pork Chops
Ingredients
| 1/4 c |
honey |
| 1/4 c |
soy sauce |
| 2 cloves |
garlic, chopped |
| 4 |
pork chops |
Combine marinade ingredients, reserve 1/4 cup of marinade.
Add pork chops and turn to coat all over. Refrigerate six hours or overnight.
Discard used marinade and cook pork chops over medium-high with reserved marinade for about 15 minutes, turning as needed, till no longer pink.
