Make-Ahead Mexican Ground Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 envelopes taco seasoning

PREPARATION

  1. Cook ground chuck in Dutch oven over medium high until brown.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add taco seasoning.
  4. Cook 5-7 minutes.
  5. LIne big 15" x 10" baking sheet with foil
  6. Spoon beef mixture into pan, breaking up chunks.
  7. Freeze for one hour, stirring once.
  8. Bag in three, 1 quart ziplocs.
