Make-Ahead Mexican Ground Beef
INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs ground chuck
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning
PREPARATION
- Cook ground chuck in Dutch oven over medium high until brown.
- Drain.
- Add taco seasoning.
- Cook 5-7 minutes.
- LIne big 15" x 10" baking sheet with foil
- Spoon beef mixture into pan, breaking up chunks.
- Freeze for one hour, stirring once.
- Bag in three, 1 quart ziplocs.
