Marinated Salmon in Foil

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 1/2" slices onion
  • 2 Tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 2 tsp butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO

PREPARATION

  1. Whisk together horseradish, mustard, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and wine.
  2. Place salmon in zipper bag, and pour marinade over.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oven to 375.
  5. On a large sheet of foil, place two onion slices.
  6. Cover with two salmon fillets.
  7. Drizzle with 1/2 Tbsp EVOO and dot with 1 tsp butter.
  8. Wrap tightly.
  9. Repeat with another sheet of foil and remaining ingredients.
  10. Bake 20 minutes.
