Marinated Salmon in Foil
INGREDIENTS
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 1/2" slices onion
- 2 Tbsp horseradish sauce
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 c white wine
- 2 tsp butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
PREPARATION
- Whisk together horseradish, mustard, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and wine.
- Place salmon in zipper bag, and pour marinade over.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375.
- On a large sheet of foil, place two onion slices.
- Cover with two salmon fillets.
- Drizzle with 1/2 Tbsp EVOO and dot with 1 tsp butter.
- Wrap tightly.
- Repeat with another sheet of foil and remaining ingredients.
- Bake 20 minutes.
