Mini Pies

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 c bisquick
• 1/2 c milk
• 2 eggs
• filling (about 3 cups)

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to 375 and spray muffin pan.
2. Mix first three ingredients.
3. Put 1 Tbsp in each muffin cup
4. Add 1/4 c filling to each muffin cup
5. Top with 1 Tbsp of batter.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle muffin is clean.
