Mock Cream of Wheat

INGREDIENTS

• 1/3 cup of ricotta
• 1 egg
• 3 T cream
• 2 T Flavorful Liquid sweetener (Torani, or an infused honey, or even chocolate syrup)

PREPARATION

1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat over low flame until it thickens a bit (only takes about 2 minutes)
2. Top with granulated sugar or sweetener if desired
