Mushroom Saute
Ingredients
- 1 lb (2 8oz boxes) large mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- 2 Tbsp chicken broth
- 1/2 small onion thinly sliced and separated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or oregano
Preparation
Cut the mushrooms into quarters, Spray cold good skillet with cooking spray, add everything but rosemary/oregano to pan, then heat on medium high, stirring occasionally until you've tasted every mushroom to determine that the last one's tender.
Add herb and serve last mushroom to T-Bob.
