Oopsies
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
3 oz cream cheese
1 packet Splenda
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 325.
Spray parchment lined pan with cooking spray.
Separate eggs.
Combine egg yolks, cream cheese and Splenda in small bowl.
In large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.
Fold in yolk mixture, carefully.
Make bun shapes by spooning dough onto prepared baking sheet. Makes six.
Bake for about one hour.
