Oven Ribs

• pork ribs
• A1 dry rub sweet mesquite, 1 Tbsp/lb
• Hickory BBQ sauce, 1/2 c/lb

PREPARATION

1. heat oven to 225
2. Place ribs on foil-lined baking sheet(s)
3. Rub with dry rub.
4. Bake 4 hours, basting with BBQ sauce after two hours.
