Packet Roast

INGREDIENTS

• 3 lb roast
• 1 packet Italian dressing mix
• 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
• 1 packet (1 c) brown gravy mix
• 2 c water

PREPARATION

1. Brown beef on all sides, place in crock.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in 4c measure.
3. Pour over roast.
4. Cook on LOW 8 hours.
