Parmesan Chicken Breasts
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 2 c mozzarella, shredded
- 1 c Parmesan, grated
PREPARATION
- Combine tomatoes and sauce in slow cooker crock.
- Place chicken on top.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, then Parmesan and cook on LOW for 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
