Parmesan Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 2 c mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 c Parmesan, grated

PREPARATION

  1. Combine tomatoes and sauce in slow cooker crock.
  2. Place chicken on top.
  3. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then Parmesan and cook on LOW for 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
