Pork Chops Parmesan

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tsp oil
• 4 pork chops
• 1/4 c grated Parmesan
• 1 onion, chopped
• 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 jar pasta sauce
• 1 Tbsp dried basil
• 1 c shredded Mozzarella

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to 375
2. Heat oil in mondo skillet on medium high. Add chops, cook 2 minutes on each side.
3. Transfer to 13" x 9" pan.
4. Add onion and mushrooms to skillet, cook 5-6 minutes or until tender.
5. Add spaghetti sauce and basil, mix well.
6. Pour over chops.
7. bake 25 minutes
8. Top with mozzarella
9. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts
