---++ Quick Italian Spinach Pie
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 32 oz cottage cheese
   * 2 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
   * 2 c shredded mozzarella
   * 8 eggs, beaten
   * 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
   * 2/3 c grated parmesan
   * 2 tsp dried oregano
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 375
   1. Mix ingredients till well blended
   1. Pour into 13" x 9" pan sprayed with cooking spray
   1. Bake 40 minutes or until center is set.
