Raspberry Ham Glaze

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 c apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 c seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 Tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend apple juice, lemon juice, and cornstarch together in saucepan.
  2. Stir in about half of jam after liquid is well-blended.
  3. Cook and stir until hot and bubbly. Add butter and stir in remaining jam.
  4. Spoon over ham during last 45 minutes of cooking.
