Reuben Pie
Ingredients
4 of the little packages of corned beef cut up or 2 cans |
16 oz sauerkraut, drained |
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese |
1-1/2 c baking mix |
2 c milk |
1/2 c. Russian dressing |
1 tsp caraway seeds |
4 eggs |
Heat oven to 400. Spray 13"x9" pan with cooking spray. Stir together corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese in pan.
Stir remaining ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate. Be sure to "lift" the ingredients a little to let the batter go under them.
Bake 30-35 minutes .. until table knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
