Rotisserie Chicken in the Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • some seasoning to rub on it
  • 4 large baking potatoes

Method

Individually wrap four potatoes in foil. Place in bottom of crock.

Rinse chicken, remove giblets and pat dry with paper towels. Rub with seasoning.

Place on top of potatoes in crock and cook on high for 4 hours. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID.
