Rotisserie Chicken in the Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large baking potatoes

Method

  1. Individually wrap four potatoes in foil. Place in bottom of crock.
  2. Rinse chicken, remove giblets and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine seasonings.
  4. Rub chicken with seasoning.
  5. Place on top of potatoes in crock and cook on high for 4 hours. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID.
