Salami Chips with Mustard Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp grainy mustard
  • 8 oz thinly sliced salami

PREPARATION

  1. Combine dip ingredients, cover and chill for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oven to 400.
  3. Place salami slices on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  4. Bake in center of oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve with dip.
