Ingredients
1 flat chicken breasts or tenders, cut into chunks |
1 jar toasted sesame vinaigrette |
1 onion coarsely chopped |
1 pkg broccoli, carrots & water chestnuts |
1 box brown rice |
Combine chicken and salad dressing. Let set 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook in large skillet till chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
Add onions and start water for rice. Keep cooking chicken over high until the salad dressing cooks down, meanwhile cook rice and steam veggies in the microwave. Add the veggies to the chicken and serve over rice. Feeds 4.
