Spinach Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
  • 2 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c minced onion
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 c crushed croutons

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lightly coat black slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine spinach, soup, 1-1/2 cup cheese, onions, peppers, pepper sauce and celery seed in crock pot.mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or on high 2 and a half to 3 hours or until done.
  2. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and croutons. Cook, uncovered, on low 30 to 60 minutes or on high 15 to 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
