Spinach Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 2 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 c minced onion
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 c crushed croutons
DIRECTIONS
- Lightly coat black slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine spinach, soup, 1-1/2 cup cheese, onions, peppers, pepper sauce and celery seed in crock pot.mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or on high 2 and a half to 3 hours or until done.
- Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and croutons. Cook, uncovered, on low 30 to 60 minutes or on high 15 to 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
