Spinach Dip Casserole

INGREDIENTS

• 6 eggs
• 2 pkgs spinach, thawed and squeezed
• 4 c creamy cottage cheese
• 4 oz feta crumbles
• 1/2 c melted butter
• 6 Tbsp flour
• 4 tsp dried minced onion
• dash nutmeg

PREPARATION.

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.
3. Grease 13" x 9" pan
4. Put mixture in pan.
5. Bake for about 45 minutes until almost set.
